The Pastoral System.....
Pupils in Years 7 to 11 are divided into four Houses.
These are called Ty Melyn, Ty Gwyrdd, Ty Coch, Ty Glas.
Each House has a Head of Learning and an Assistant Head of Learning who are responsible for monitoring and tracking pupils learning.
They are there to offer support in the learning process and deal with any issues and problems that arise during Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four.
They stay with the pupils throughout Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four building up good supportive relationships with pupils and parents.
The 6th form has it's own Learning Manager.
Each House has a House Council made up of representatives from each form.
The School Council is made up of representatives from the four House Councils plus representatives from the 6th form.
