LRC awards
'Jonnie and The Magic Whistle'
Many thanks to Mr John Byrne who has donated a signed copy of his debut book to the LRC.
Mr Byrne's daughter Dionne is a year ten pupil at our school.
The book 'Jonnie and The Magic Whistle' was published in April this year and can be purchased in any good bookstore.
LRC awards have been handed out to over twenty pupils this term for reading ten or more school library books.
Many pupils have received two or even three awards but Samantha Chambers 7JC has received four LRC awards for reading over forty school library books since September 2006!
Well done Samantha.
If you'd like to know how many library books you've read since September, visit Mrs Morgan in the LRC and see if you have earned an LRC award.
